Obama Commutes Sentence of Military Documents Leaker Chelsea Manning
WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama has commuted the prison sentence of former U.S. Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning, who leaked hundreds of thousands of military documents to anti-secrecy website WikiLeaks.
