Juvenile Justice Officer Convicted on Sexual Abuse of a Minor Charges

(ANCHORAGE, Alaska) On November 15, 2018, an Anchorage jury found Phillip Eugene Bigham guilty of seven counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree.
