Following a Tuesday afternoon response to a Cardwell Street residence in Soldotna, several individuals were contacted, resulting in three being arrested and remanded on several various outstanding arrest warrants, troopers report.
Among those contacted were 47-year-old Soldotna resident Elisa Gallego Harman, Soldotna resident 24-year-old David Leroy Frost and Sterling resident 42-year-old Keith Miranda.
According to troopers, Harman was the subject of a $1,000 and $500 warrants for Failure to Comply with Conditions of Release as well as Theft III. When contacted at the residence, Harman gave troopers false information as to her identity, and so was charged with that offense as well.
Frost was found to be wanted on outstanding arrest warrants for Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance II and IV x2, Misconduct Involving Weapons II, and Hindering Prosecution.
Miranda was found to be the subject of an outstanding arrest warrant for Failure to Comply with Conditions of Probation on the original charges of Scheme to Defraud and Theft II.
All three were transported to Kenai, where they were remanded to the Wildwood Pretrial Facility. Harman’s bail was set at the warrant amounts, Frost’s bail was set at $10,000 plus Court Approved Third Party requirements.
