Alaska State Troopers responded to a scene on Snowflake Street in Soldotna at 7:30 pm Monday after several calls went in on 911.

Apparently, a man, now identified as 27-year-old Soldotna resident Randy Bleazard was jumping on vehicles, breaking out windows of the houses along the street and assaulting people.

What was unusual about this case, other than the rampant distruction and erratic behavior, was that Bleazard was unattired while committing these offenses.

Troopers contacted Bleazard, Bleazard assaulted the officer as he was being placed under arrest, this resulted in further charges for the disrobed man.

Bleazard was arrested for Criminal Mischief III, Assault on an Officer IV, two counts of Assault IV, and Indecent Exposure. He was remanded to the Wildwood Pre-Trial facility in Kenai.

No injuries were reported.
