Alaska State Troopers received a tip from an anonymous source that a person they had been seeking on a parole warrant, 29-year-old Wasilla resident, Joshua Beebe, had been seen driving a light-colored pickup in the Quiet Circle area.
Checking their investigation records, troopers discovered that Beebe had been contacted before at a residence on Quiet Circle.
Following their lead, troopers went to the apartment on Quiet Circle in an attempt to contact Beebe. When they arrived at the apartment, they identified everyone there. they were identified as John Wagner, 27, Max Cartier, 27, Misty Millican, 23, and Kimberly Armstrong, 27, all of Wasilla. The four occupants of the apartment informed troopers that Beebe wasn’t at the residence and also told troopers that none of them had seen him.
But, a check of the apartment would find Beebe secreted under the kitchen sink. Troopers arrrested Beebe on the parole warrant.
Troopers would also arrest all the occupants in the apartment, and so Wagner, Cartier,Armstrong and Millican were transported, along with Beebe to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility, where they were remanded on charges of Hindering Prosecution I.
Beebe was held there without bail. Cartier’s bail was set at $2,500, Millican,Armstrong, and Wagner had their bail set at $2,000.
