In the second major attack since April on the Syrian capital of Damascus, two suicide-bombers detonated twin bombs in the al-Marjeh Square on Tuesday.
14 people were killed and at least 30 more were wounded during the rush hour attack. That number is expected to rise as a number of the injured are critically wounded.

The two suicide bombers blew themselves up near the police station. The first bomber opened up on the guard at the door of the precinct then detonated his explosives, the second followed suit shortly thereafter.
These most recent blasts took place very near to where the April 30th blast killed 15 and wounded dozens more.
