On Monday, July 9th, at 4:50 pm, Alaska State Troopers received a REDDI report concerning a white pickup truck.
After troopers received the Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately call, they responded to the area.
The white pickup was driving erradically down Nordale Road in North Pole.
When troopers located and stopped the pickup, they discovered the driver, 43-year-old Michael Fullford, of North Pole was under the influence of a controlled substance.
Troopers arrested Fullford and remanded him to the Fairbanks Correctional Center on DUI charges and set his bail at $1,500.
Fullford bailed out of jail that same evening.
Later that same night, at about 9:50 pm, troopers again received a REDDI call in the same area. This call also identified a white pickup truck as the REDDI vehicle driving erradically on Nordale Road and Freeman Road.

Officers responded, and as they were traveling to the location of the call, a call came in to troopers from OnStar. OnStar was reporting to the troopers that an accident had occurred on Freeman Road.
Trooper responded to the scene. They located the vehicle and the driver was identified as Miichael Fullford.
Fullford was transported to the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital for medical treatment, he had suffered non-life-threatening injuries as a result of the accident.
An investigation into the incident determined that the truck and driver were the same as the incident earlier that evening, according to the trooper report.
The investigation into the accident is pending to determine if controlled substances were responsible in the second occurrance.
