In the early morning hours of Sunday, at 4:10 am, officers from the South Central team of the Bureau of Highway Patrol responded to the call reporting a man passed out in his vehicle.

When officers arived at the scene at Wasilla’s McDonalds, they found 44-year-old Andrew Scudder of Wasilla passed out in the drive-thru of the fast food joint.

A quick check of Scudder’s criminal history showed that Scudder had 2 DUIs in 2004, as well as a DUI in 2007.

Scudder was arrested for DUI, transported to Mat-Su Pretrial and remanded there on a bail of $5,000 and a court approved third party.
