Further investigation by the Alaska Bureau of Investigations in the Child Sexual Abuse case against 34-year-old Palmer resident Brandon Muston has uncovered evidence that his wife, 34-year-old Tabatha Muston, may be implicated in the case.
ABI’s Technical Crimes Unit did forensic examinations of the electronics that were seized from the residence last month and found evidence among the multiple images and videos that Brandon Muston and his wife had sexually abused a juvenile in 2013 and again in 2014 troopers report.
That evidence uncovered by the Bureau was presented to the Grand Jury on January 29th, and as a result, T. Muston was indicted on charges of Sexual Abuse of a Minor I, Unlawful Exploitation of a Minor, and Possession of Child Pornography. B. Muston was indicted on charges of Sexual Abuse of a Minor II, Unlawful Exploitation of a Minor, and Possession of Child Pornography x21.
T. Muston was located, placed under arrest and remanded to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility with her bail set at $50,000. She joins her husband there, he has been incarcerated since his arrest in January.
The investigation by the Alaska Bureau of Investigation is continuing.
