A call went in to the Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks reporting an ATV accident in Two Rivers off of the Chena Hot Springs Road at 6 pm on Sunday.

The trooper investigation would find that the ATV, driven by a twelve-year-old girl, and carrying a 13-year-old passenger had lost control and had flipped, killing the driver and throwing the passenger from the vehicle.
The 12-year-old girl, identified as Robyn Blemke, was driving near the turn-off to the Two Rivers Elementary School when the accident occured. The unidentified passenger sustained minor injuries in the incident. Both the driver and the passenger were wearing helments when the accident occured.
