Alaska State Troopers report that they are once again seeking 30-year-old Joshua Beebe of Wasilla. Beebe cut off his ankle monitor 20 minutes after his release from jail on June 25th.

Beebe had been released with the monitor on this most recent Felony Theft case that was initiated on January 6th of this year. After failing to appear at his May 11 pre-trial hearing, a $5,000 warrant was issued for his arrest, he was arrested again on June 23. By June 25th, Beebe was released again, this time with an ankle monitor. He wore that ankle monitor for mere minutes after his release.

Beebe had previously attempted to hide at another person’s residence in January of 2014 to keep from being picked up on a previous parole warrant when troopers visited that residence, known to be a dwelling that he frequented. Four people at the residence told troopers that they had not seen Beebe and did not know his whereabouts. A search of the residence would find him hiding under the sink in the residence’s kitchen. All four people were arrested for Hindering Prosecution.

Beebe has an extensive criminal history that includes fleeing  as well as two previous escapes.

Trooper describe Beebe as being 5-foot-7 inches tall, with brown hair and blue eyes. His approximate weight is 180 pounds.

Authorities ask that anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to call troopers at 907-352-5401, or CrimeStoppers at 745-3333. Troopers state that “CrimeStoppers callers can remain anonymous and are eligible to receive an up to $1,000 cash reward for information leading the capture or grand jury indictment on a felony offender.”
