Last week on Wednesday, and Anchorage woman reported to a local hospital with multiple dog bites. Anchorage police responded to the hospital where they interviewed the woman.
The woman told police officers, that after a dispute with her boyfriend,Daemion Patilllo, he attempted to strangle her. After which, he turned his pit bull on her and had the dog attack. She had dog bites and scratches from the dog over her arms and legs and multiple puncture wounds.
After interviewing the woman, police went to Apartment complex on the 3200 block of LaTouche Street and contacted Patillo. Initially, Patillo gave officers a false name and false date of birth. Even so, officers were able to identify Patillo through witness descriptions, and arrested him at that time. While arresting Patillo, they found cocaine on his person. He was charged with Assault II, Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance IV, and Providing False Information..
Patillo was remanded and his bail was set at $6,000.
