The Anchorage Police Department is warning their online visitors who may have visited their recruiting site (www.joinapd.org) and were redirected to take a survey, which has been judged to be fake, to have their device checked for a virus.

APD as yet has not zeroed in on when the site was hacked and is continuing to investigate. The site has been taken down and will be placed back online once it is repaired.
