(Juneau) – The Alaska Department of Fish and Game learned Friday that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) will implement additional hunting closures on the Kenai Peninsula.
The investigation is continuing after troopers responded to a call reporting possible deceased persons in the Meadow Lakes area of Wasilla on Sunday morning.
A resident of Shageluk reported a house fire to Alaska State Troopers at 3:57 am on Saturday morning.
On Friday, Alaska State Troopers traveled to Kwethluk and served outstanding warrants on two residents of that community on Sexual Abuse charges.
