Private First Class Bradley Manning, the soldier accused and convicted of leaking 750,000 pages of classified documents to Wikileaks received a sentence of 35 years in prison in court on Wednesday.
It was announced by U.S. Attorney Karen Loeffler on Tuesday that Fairbanks man 26-year-old Steven Jacob Johnson was sentenced last week to one year in prison for three counts of conspiracy and selling drugs. Johnson was credited with the ten-months that he has already served while awaiting trial and sentencing.
Anchorage woman, 26-year-old Mary Elizabeth Transki, was sentenced on Monday to 21 months in prison following her conviction of Securities Fraud according to U.S. Attorney Karen Loeffler.
