It was announced yesterday by the Bristol Bay Native Corporation that they have signed an agreement with Nabors Alaska Services Corporation to acquire full ownership of its subsidiary, Peak Oilfield Service Company LLC.The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2013.
BBNC will add Peak to its current subsidiaries already operating in the oilfield and industrial services. BBNC also has subsidiaries involved in construction, government services, petroleum distribution and tourist industries.
As one of the leading energy support services in Alaska, Peak utilizes its unique and diverse set of capabilities to support the needs of its North Slope, Cook Inlet, and Valdez as well as out of state in North Dakota.

Peak’s home office is located in Anchorage.
