On Wednesday afternoon, Togiak Village Public Safety Offficers responded to a call reporting smoke emanating from a village home in Togiak.
On Thursday evening, while Alaska State Troopers were at the Fawn Mountain Elementary School in Ketchikan, they identified 30-year-old Ketchikan resident Jason Simpson, who was known to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
