ENDICOTT OIL FIELD-The investigation into the killing of a polar bear with a pyrotechnic shell is continuing according to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service law enforcement. The incident occurred at the Endicott Oil pad located 2.5 miles off-shore in the Beaufort Sea.
WASHINGTON D.C.-AN earthquake struck five miles South Southwest of Mineral, Virginia at 1:51 pm Eastern Time today. It originated at a depth of 3.7 miles. At a magnitude of 5.8, the quake was the largest quake ever recorded in that area and was felt along much of the East Coast.
