US Democrats Convene Amid High Unemployment
CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA — The Democratic National Convention officially begins Tuesday in the southern U.S. state of North Carolina. Monday was a holiday in the US – Labor Day – a time to celebrate jobs and working people.
