Sunni Militants Claim Beirut Blast

CAIRO — Two suicide attackers detonated cars stuffed with explosives Wednesday in Beirut's mostly Shi'ite southern suburbs, close to the Iranian Cultural Center and a nearby Islamic orphanage.
