For the first time since April 30th, 2012, Anchorage has experienced a fatal alcohol-related crash, according to Anchorage Police. At just before 5 am on Sunday morning, Alaska's largest community suffered another one.
Once again, Kodiak will attempt a restriction on smoking, this time the Kodiak Island Borough will attempt to ban smoking in business spaces. The measure will be considered on Tuesday night by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly.
