Sex Offender Arrested in Kodiak after Brutal Buskin River Campground Sexual Assault

A registered sex offender residing in Kodiak has been charged with another sex crime. 32-year-old Robert Richard Zoellner has been charged with Sexual Assault of a woman near the Buskin River Campground. The crime occurred on December 18th of 2012.
