The man who lost his way early into his solo fishing trip to Salmon Lake on Prince of Wales Island was found yesterday at about 12:40 pm after spending seven days in the wilderness without food.

Troopers Investigate Murder/Suicide in Wasilla

In the early morning hours of Saturday, at 1:48 am, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of shots fired at a Wasilla residence. The troopers arrived to the scene at 1:52 am to find two individuals who had suffered gunshot wounds.
