TEPCO Reports Fukushima Site Leaking Radioactive Water from Containment Pool
It was reported out of Japan, by Tepco, that 32,000 gallons of radioactive water breached its containment system and leaked through the inner lining that acts as the first line of defense holding back the water from the environment.
