Flags Lowered for Pearl Harbor Day

December 6, 2013, Juneau, Alaska – Governor Sean Parnell has ordered all state flags to be lowered to half-staff on Saturday in commemoration of Pearl Harbor Day and to honor Americans who fought during World War II.

December 5, 2013, Anchorage, Alaska – Governor Sean Parnell ordered state flags to be lowered to half-staff on Friday in honor of Judge James von der Heydt. Judge von der Heydt died on December 1. He was 94.
