JUNEAU-Yesterday, Senator John Coghill, R-North Pole, introduced Senate Bill 75 to ensure Alaskans receive all of the protections guaranteed to them under the U.S. Constitution, including the right to own firearms and the privilege of habeas corpus which includes protection against unlawful detainment.
Monday, March 11, 2013, Juneau, Alaska – The Alaska House of Representatives today passed House Concurrent Resolution 2, sponsored by Representative Shelley Hughes, which proclaims Alaska as a Purple Heart State.
