According to Alaska State Trooper Dispatch, about 1 am yesterday morning, Bethal-based Alaska State Troopers were notified that Jed Alexie age 20, of Nunapitchuk, and Merlin Felix, 21 of Toksook Bay were overdue arriving at Toksook Bay on their snowmobile trip from Nunapitchuk.
Alaska State Troopers and the GlennRich Fire Department responded to a cabin ablaze in Copper Center on Sunday. The structure burned to the ground and was a complete loss.
KIVALINA,Alaska-Yesterday, Sunday, January 29, at approximately 3 o'clock in the afternoon, Alaska State troopers were notified by the Kivalina village police officers that a stabbing had occurred in the village.
