Procedural Delay Postpones Coast Guard Court-Martial in Juneau

JUNEAU, Alaska — A Coast Guard court-martial scheduled for a petty officer accused of rape and sexual assault has been postponed due a procedural delay, Tuesday.

Begich Urges Final Approval of Greens Creek Tailings Expansion Permit

Anchorage, Alaska – U.S. Attorney Karen L. Loeffler announced Thursday, that the grand jury has returned two additional drug conspiracy indictments stemming from the same investigation that resulted in charges against numerous members of an Anchorage based rap group back in August of 2012.
