Fairbanks Man Held on Charges after a Suspected DUI Accident that Claimed Two People and Injured Another Two
Fairbanks prosecutors are awaiting results of blood tests on Fairbanks man, Paul Augustus Kirsteatter, age 31, who was involved in a suspected drunk driving accident that took the lives of two people and injured another over the weekend.
