Anchorage, Alaska – Governor Sean Parnell on Friday appointed Alaska Court of Appeals Judge Joel Bolger as the 23rd justice of the Alaska Supreme Court. His appointment follows the retirement of Justice Walter “Bud†Carpeneti.
It was announced by Karen Loeffler, U.S. Attorney, that 23-year-old Fairbanks resident Jonathon "Harley" Butterfield was sentenced for his part in a Marijuana cultivation operation.
