At 10:40 pm on August 25th, the Alaska Bureau of Highway Patrol stopped a vehicle on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway for an equipment violation.

When they contacted the driver, identified by the report as 38-year-old Ruby Myrvold of Wasilla, they found that she was operating the vehicle while her driver’s license was revoked.
She was also found to be in violation of conditions of release for a previous criminal case.
Myrvold was arrested and transported to the Mat-Su pretrial Facility and bail was set at $1,500.
On Tuesday August 28th, at 7 pm, Troopers with the Alaska Bureau of Highway Patrol observed Myrvold operating a vehicle on Sunset View Circle near Meadow Lakes Loop. The officers recognized the driver as Myrvold and were aware of her driver’s license status.
She was pulled over and arrested for Driving While License Revoked and violation of two previous criminal cases.
Myrvold was transported and remanded to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility on $2,000 bail and a Court Approved Third Party Custodian.
