Late Friday evening, about 9:30 pm, the South Central team of the Bureau of Highway Patrol responded to a single vehicle accident involving a roll-over on Willow Fishhook Road.
An investigation into the crash found that 28-year-old Jesse Dupps of Willow, was driving a 1997 Chevy Tahoe with one passenger in the front seat, and two children in the back seat, when he crossed over the center line of road and subsequently rolled the vehicle multiple times.

Dupp was ejected from the vehicle and suffered major facial injuries. The front seat passenger, 26-year-old Erin Stillwell of Willow sustained minor injuries in the crash.
The two young children in the back, were restrained in proper restraint seats and survived the crash with no apparent injuries.
The investigation into the incident is continuing. The Bureau reports that alcohol is considered a factor in the crash.
