Alaskan authorities say that a former Eagle River man, identified as 43-year-old Thomas Dale Morrical has been indicted on 12 counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor is now in Mineral Wells, Texas and is avoiding law enforcement.

APD says that Morrical, who is wanted on warrants that include two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor I, two counts of Attempted Sexual Abuse of a Minor I, four counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor II, and four counts of Attempted Sexual Abuse of a Minor II, is in a small community west of Dallas-Fort Worth and is aware of the warrants issued for his arrest.

While it is more than likely that Morrical is avoiding contact with law enforcement, police in Anchorage say that it is important that residents in both Eagle River and the Dallas-Fort Worth area are aware of the charges and the warrants.[xyz-ihs snippet=”Adsense-responsive”]Investigators say that they are continuing to gather information in their investigation and advise that they believe “that Morrical had access to more children and that there are more victims.” They also report that “Detectives are currently seeking information from individuals who knew Morrical in Eagle River around the year 2007.”
