In a press release on Tuesday, Alaska’s Governor, Sean Parnell announced that he will be releasing the amount of this year’s Permanent Fund Dividend next Wednesday, September 17th at 10:30 am.

The announcement of tthe amount will take place at the Atwood Building Conference Center. This year’s dividend amount is expected to be twice what it was last year.

This year’s dividend is expected to get to applicant’s bank accounts sometime in early October.
