As of Monday, Anchorage police are still looking for 19-year-old Riek William Gat, who has been implicated in the death of Michael Mitchell on Campbell Airstrip Road on August 22nd, 2016.On Thursday, an Anchorage Grand Jury “returned a true bill for Murder I and Murder II which has resulted in a warrant for Gat’s arrest,” the Anchorage Police Department reported on Monday.

Also, on Thursday, the Anchorage Grand Jury indicted 18-year-old Kutay Bangout for the death of Mitchell, and Gat was identified as an accomplice.

Several gunshots were heard in the area at 8:25 am on August 22nd, and Mitchell was found lying on his back on the ground with a gunshot wound to his head at 8:30 am.
