Marinade STARTER RECIPE; exchange out spices for this recipe to pump up your own dish.
You will need
lemon pepper, garlic powder to taste
1/3 c soy sauce, 1/3 water, 1/3 brown sugar, 1/4 veg oil
Season fillets with lemon pepper, garlic powder. In medium bowl mix soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and vegetable oil. Place fillets in bag, pour in the liquid in bag with fish fillets, turning to coat each side of fish. Refrigerate about 2 hours. Remove fish from bag and discard marinade and bag. Grease grill, placing fish on heated grill on medium heat and cook each side about 6 – 8 minutes until fish can be flaked with fork.
