Can't make up your mind on what to do with the salmon for tonight? We've made it easy, just start with this simple STARTER RECIPE for grilled salmon and add preferred spices to make it your own.
You will need:
fillet the fish
brush for melted butter and spices
Melt 3 – 4 Tblp. butter. Add 1 Tblp sugar, 1 Tblp thyme, 1 Tblp lemon juice, and pepper. Brush this melted butter mixture on fillets. Grill meat side first 3 to 5 minutes. Turn over to skin down for 5 to 7 minutes on a medium grill.
Simply easy and delicious.
