Troopers contacted a Soldotna man after a suspicious vehicle complaint and after contact, handcuffed him after which he attempted to make good his escape from troopers its was reported.
At 6:22 am Sunday morning, troopers contacted 27-year-old Kyle Bingham after receiving a complaint of a suspicious vehicle. Troopers report that Bingham became combative with troopers and resisted arrest. Troopers handcuffed Bingham at which time he attempted to flee on foot. His getaway was short-lived however, and he was caught a short distance away.
During the investigation, troopers report that they found that Bingham was in possession of Methamphetamine and heroin.
Bingham was charged with Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance II and IV, Assault IV, Resisting Arrest and Escape. He was transported to the Wildwood Pretrial Facility where he was remanded and held without bail pending arraignment.[xyz-ihs snippet=”Adsense-responsive”]
