Following a two-week investigation by Soldotna-based Alaska State Troopers into allegations of sexual abuse of a minor, troopers, in conjunction with Anchorage police, arrested 30-year-old Keith Roscoe Bartman and remanded him to the Anchorage Correctional Complex on Monday.

According to court documents, Bartman is being held on charges of Sexual Abuse of a Minor under the age of 16 x3 and failure to register as a Sex Offender. The former charges stem from incidents occurring earlier this year. The latter charge of Failure to Register stem from cases in 2004 and 2006 for attempted Sexual Assault convictions. Bartman was convicted in 2011 on the 2004 charge.

Bartman, who lists his address as Kalifornsky Beach in Kenai, is currently being held without bail. He attended his arraignment today.
