Durham then went outside and fired off a couple of shots as he went around the outside of the house breaking windows according to the victim.
It was while he was occupied outside of the house that the woman made good her escape into the woods, the woman said.
Alsoo, while investigating the incident, the Alaska State Troopers discovered a marijuana grow with approximately 50 plants inside the residence.
Statewide Drug Enforcement was called in to investigate that incident.
At 9 am, Durham was found driving around Sharon Road in the woman’s vehicle and with her gun. He had a BAC of .142.
Durham was arrested on charges of Robbery I, Burglary I, Assault III, Misconduct Involving Weapons II, Misconduct Involving Weapons IV, Criminal Mischief III, Vehicle Theft I, Theft II, Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance IV, and DUI.
