One Deceased One Injured in Richardson Highway Moose Collision

image08-04-2015 09.03.54An early morning accident on Thursday took the life of one and injured another, it was reported by troopers via the trooper dispatch on Friday. 

Troopers received a report of a collision with a moose at mile 240 of the Richardson Highway at 3:58 am on Thursday. The call would indicate only minor injuries in the accident and that the driver, 56-year-old Robert Testa of Fairbanks would continue on to Delta Junction.

When the driver arrived in Delta Junction with his two Anchorage passengers, they were met by EMS. The two passengers, ID’d as 55 year old Michael Kiley of Anchorage, and 50 year old Connie Segevan of Anchorage.  Kiley was found to have minor injuries and Connie was deceased

The investigation into the accident is continuing.
