I spotted this recipe on Pinterest and decided to give it a try. Simple and fast presented itself delicious as well.

1 box Angel Food cake mix

1 20 oz can or jar of crushed pineapple, use the juice

2 Medium Cake Pans

The magic starts with simply adding the cake mix to bowl, adding in the entire contents of the can or jar of pineapple, and stirring until all dry is mixed through.

Now, right before your eyes the batter starts to expand; then pour batter into cake pans, yes that’s why I used two pans for this recipe.

Following the directions on the box for the Angel Food cake, it was baked with a fine browning over all sides.
Once cooled add your own magic by layering on whipped cream, toasted coconut, or strawberries, pudding, etc. you’ll appreciate the added favor of the pineapple no matter what you add to this magic cake.
