REDDI Report Yields Felony DUI for Anchorage Woman

An Anchorage woman was arrested on Felony DUI charges at 9:32 am on Saturday morning after the vehicle she was driving was reported as a REDDI.

Troopers pulled over 42-year-old Margaret Chiklak in a green 1994 Mercury Sable behind the Girdwood Fire Department after her vehicle was reported.

After positively identifying her as Chiklak, it would be found that Chiklak was driving without a valid license as her license had been revoked in November of 2011 for DUI. It was also found that Chiklak was required to have a vehicle with an Ignition Interlock Device and no such device was installed in the vehicle.

Chiklak was arrested and charged with Felony-DUI, Driving while License Revoked and Driving in Violation of Limited License.

She was remanded to the Anchorage Jail and her bail set at $10,000.

The same vehicle would be stopped less than five hours later by troopers and the driver, Alvin Suseberry of Girdwood would be arrested on DUI charges as well as No Valid License. Suseberry was transported and remanded to the Anchorage Jail also. His bail was set at $750.
