Spicy side dish that will become the main dish!
Chop up your vegetables that may consist of;
tomatoes (use the cherry or grape ones), cucumbers, canned corn (drained, I like the white myself), canned black beans, drained, onion – optional, 1/2 pack taco seasoning, bag of crushed chips (any flavored brand name chips will add to the spice or simple corn chips will do) shredded cheese (again get the seasoned kind just adds flavor) small bottle of dressing (Ranch flavor I prefer here).
Stir and eat while the chips still have their crunch! Mmmmmmm flavor in each bite and a great way to dress up those vegetables for those picky eaters or a great football snack!
