Fairbanks Jury Finds Conar Groppel Guilty of Sexual Assault in the Second Degree
(Fairbanks, AK) – Wednesday, a Fairbanks jury returned a guilty verdict against 29-year-old Conar Lee Groppel of Fairbanks for Sexual Assault in the Second Degree.
