Early Wednesday morning several agencies took part in serving a search warrant in Klawock. Their search resulted in an arrest of a Klawock resident on drug and distribution charges.
It was at 8:30 am on Wednesday that the Alaska Bureau of Investigations SouthEast Alaska Cities Against Drugs(SEACAD) Task Force, the Klawock Police Department, Craig Police Department, and Sitka Police Department, along with K-9 “Lutri” served a search warrant at a residence in Klawock.
As a result of that search warrant, 27-year-old Klawock resident Michael Delane Howard was arrested on charges of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance III for Possession with the Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
Howard was transported to the Craig Jail where he was remanded without bail pending arraignment on Thursday.
