In an unusual police report out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania on Monday, police there report that a man dressed as the popular teletubby, “LaaLaa,” broke into a man’s home at 2 am early Sunday morning.

After breaking in to the man’s home, the teletubby garbed man proceeded to the kitchen, opened the refrigerator, pulled out some leftover chinese food, and dumped the contents into his purse, then immediately fled the scene.

The suspect was later tracked down and identified. It was determined that the teletubby was a friend of the victim, so the initial charge of Criminal Mischief was dropped after the man declined to press charges for the damage to his front door.

The police report shows the incident was marked “Cleared Exceptional.” Police did not identify the suspect in the report.

The was a Halloween party at the University a short distance away that night.
