26-year-old Jacob Allen Bennett, of Crab Orchard, Tenn., was charged with four counts of premeditated murder, four counts of felony murder and to counts of aggravated robbery after the Grand Jury in Cumberland County handed down indictments after a special session. Bennett has been in custody since last week when he was picked up in Rhea County on a probation violation.
Indicted as well was Bennet’s girlfriend, Brittany Lina Yvonn Moser. The 25-year-old Dayton resident was charged with four counts of felony murder and two counts of attempted aggravated robbery after those indictments were handed down. She was arrested on Friday morning.
Both suspects are being held at the Cumberland County jail.
22-year-old Rikki Danielle Jacobsen, 17-year-old Domonic Lewis Davis, 17-year-old Steven Michael Presley and 16-year-old Jonathan Raymond Lajeunesse were shot to death on a road to Renegade Mountain last Friday. Authorities contend that the four were shot where they were found, in Jacobsen’s vehicle when Bennett and Moser attempted to rob them during a Marijuana deal.
