Texas Couple Arrested on Texas Warrants in Ketchikan

It was reported on the trooper dispatch on Wednesday the Alaska State troopers along with the United States Forest Service L EO and Alaska Wildlife Troopers arrested a Texas duo on extraditable warrants yesterday evening.

At about 4:40 PM on Wednesday authorities contacted a vehicle parked at a business on the 4200 block of Don King Road in Ketchikan. In the vehicle was 53-year-old Richard Delagarza and 60-year-old Janice Mayo-Delagarza, both of Texas.

It was found that the couple had outstanding extraditable warrants out of Texas on charges of Fraud/Illegal Use of a Credit Card. Both individuals were arrested and transported to the Ketchikan Correctional Center and remanded there on the charges.

Both were held without bail.
