As she drove towards Tuluksak, she lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway and rolled.
Up until that time, both women were uninjured.
But, according to the trooper report, on the way back to the community on foot, Peter attacked Lott. Peter kicked Lott in the face several times, causing black eyes and bruising.
Peter, who is on misdemeanor probation, admitted to driving the vehicle, assaulting Lott, and consuming alcohol. She was also found to have a small amount of marijuana on her person when arrested.
When arrested Peter failed to give a DataMaster sample resulting in a charge of Refusal. She was also charged with DUI, Assault IV, and MICS VI. After a search warrant was issued, Peter’s blood was drawn for the blood/alcohol sample.
